Your appointment is very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Notice voicemails are not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel before 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of 50% of your service price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. An unpaid deposit within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Thank you.
